Its near Christmas time.
I'm very excited, but it just doesn't feel like Christmas.
It sort of feels like it has already pasted.
But, fear not, it hasn't.
You have not missed Christmas!
Around Christmas time my family and I get lots of notes like these which I CANNOT under any circumstance stand
You know, the typed ones with family Christmas photos all around, on computer paper, with cursive font.
Yeah those, the ones that go and little something like this:
Dear Family and Friends,
So here we go, another year of this. Nothing to wonderful has gone on. Floyd is a super super senior this year. Will he EVER graduate high school? Gretchen has gotten her first tattoo, yes at 13 years old. I picked it out for her, a skull and crossbones don't you know. My husband Dirk is still a pastor, who constantly cursing and screams "F YOU"during his sermons. But things are picking up. Floyd joined the school musical past spring. For stage crew. Gretchen is no longer anorexic, praise Jesus. As for me, I'm still working three jobs, as a speech therapist, nurse, and gas station manager. Money is flowing in from all directions. I'd love to hear from everyone. Don't be a stranger. Stop by and we'll have a few wine coolers while the kids have the left-over beer.

LOL I hate those too. Your letter kind of made my day though. I don't really like Christmas time in general, but I try to enjoy it for the sake of everyone else :P

I like that it's Jesus's birth but there are more things that I don't like about it than the things that I do like.
