Embarrassing/funny story time.
Setting: Dinner table last night with my whole family.
Mom: "Sierra, eat your spilt pea soup."
Me: "I don't like it. Too many peas. To much pea'ness for me."
Me: -iz embarrassed-
My Mother and sister were CRACKING UP!
My brother (how is home from college for a week) was trying to hold in his laughter.
My father kept a stern look and threw a loaf of bread at me.
Yes, bread. The kind you get at Stewarts.
I was so embarrassed and said something like "NO, NO, NO THAT ISN'T WHAT I MEANT! I MEANT TO MANY PEAS! YOU KNOW WHAT I MEANT! STOP STOP STOP! NO NO!"
and honestly, I do not get embarrassed easily.
