Day 13: Sky Diving

It was amazing. Alrighty, so I didn't go sky diving. My sister and father did. Back when my sister was about 15 my father promised her they would go for her 18th birthday (when you can legally go). And today was that day. I got stellar pictures and footage. I show wish I could show you guys, but DANG FIREWIRE! I need a new one.

So Bob, the Aussie, was the bomb. I love that guy. I'm glad we're kind of related. They said I could visit anytime. They live about 4 days trip outside of Sydney. Their in the middle of nowhere, but it's supposed to be a gorgeous no-where. lol.

I got to ask Bob all of the stereotypical Australian questions, about Kolas, Kangaroos, Toilets, Beaches, Wendy's, Croc Dundee, Rowin Atkinson (dont know how we got on that topic), Smoking adverts (HE SAYS ADVERT!), and phrases and words that only Aussie's use. EVERYTHING! He's a talker, but that was fine I enjoyed listening for about 3 hours in total. Bob grew up in England and came over to Australia when he was 17. It was one month on a boat. Now he;s been in Australia for about 40 years! Holy crap! This guy was perfect, Aussie and English! He has a bit of both accents, it's not super strong but it is distinguishable. I have so much to say, but I can't be bothered. If you really want to know about Bob and the sky diving leave a comment or contact me somehow.

Yesterday, my Mother said "No computer, all day. If it's on once you'll be grounded." I ran upstairs at about 7:05 turned on the computer, pretended to go into the bathroom, came online, log in, wrote Happy Easter and someone came upstairs. I FLIPPED! I minimized and pretended to walk out causally. My brother goes "Do I hear the computer?!" And I convinced him I was turning it off. Luckily he only mentioned it to the room once, but no one was listening. I sat there thinking for about an hour "I NEED TO DO BEDA, OR I WILL FAIL, AND MJ WILL HATE ME!"

If only I knew Maureen on a first name bases. lol. But I managed. Now it's Monday, the last day of Spring Break. Not looking forward to Tuesday. I wore flip-flops for the FIRST time today! I might wear them tomorrow, who knows. Aussie's are staying in the state until May 6th. They said that they are definitely coming to visit again. Which I'm excited about! Until tomorrow, my dear. <3

P.S. Bob looks a little like this guy from LOST.
